I highly recommend Blue Stars. I love the approach that Dr. M and Helen take – they helped my son think through his interests, suggested opportunities, set goals, and continually challenged him to do better. This approach not only helped provide a “mirror” to uncover his strengths and passions, but also enabled him to sharpen his focus and complete some major accomplishments useful in the college admissions process.

Guiding my son from being undecided between medicine, law, and engineering at the end of his junior year in high school to being admitted to a highly competitive EECS program at UC Berkeley his senior year took quite some effort in a short period of time. Happy as I am for this outcome, it makes me happier to see my son independent and confident in an area he loves.
